PLANNING COMMISSION

A five (5) member Board whose primary function is to review matters pertaining to subdivision, land development, zoning revisions, amendments to the zoning and land development ordinances, and updates to the Township's Comprehensive Plan.

*Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of every month at 6:30 P.M.    The deadline for submission of applications is no later than 20 days before each meeting.

PLEASE NOTE:   An application will not be considered complete unless it includes the following:

1.   Two (2) initial copies of required subdivision//site plan showing all existing and proposed improvements.

2.   Application fee.

3.   All other information as required in the Subdivision-Land Development Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance.

The above ordinances and all other ordinances are available for sale at the Township Office.
